Ben Hirschland serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Mill Creek Residential, covering the entire western portfolio with responsibilities for the Denver, California, Pacific Northwest, Utah, and Arizona regions.

Mr. Hirschland holds asset management responsibilities within a blended portfolio of new development and value-add assets across his respective regions. His primary responsibility is to maximize community performance and drive investment value by working with development, acquisition, and property management divisions to implement and execute asset strategies.

Prior to this role, Mr. Hirschland served as Asset Manager covering a portfolio of new development and value-add assets across the Mid-Atlantic region at Mill Creek. Prior to his time at Mill Creek, Ben spent time at Starwood Capital Group as a Multifamily Asset Management Analyst assisting with a national portfolio. Mr. Hirschland received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clemson University.
