Ben Rogers serves as Vice President of Land Acquisition of Single-Family Rentals for the Atlanta, Georgia, region. His responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, entitlements, and all other pre-development activities.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Rogers was with Minerva USA, where he oversaw residential lot acquisition and dispositions and contributed to the land team’s planning and entitlement efforts. During this time, he and his team focused on core intown Atlanta locations.

Prior to his role at Minerva, Mr. Rogers served office and industrial clients in a brokerage capacity in Atlanta.

Mr. Rogers graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
