Bill Inglis serves as Regional Vice President of Single-Family Rental Construction in the Southwest. Mr. Inglis has more than 35 years of experience in construction and has been involved in large master-planned communities, single- and multi-family residential communities and various commercial projects throughout the United States. In his role, Mr. Inglis is responsible for overseeing and supporting his region’s single-family construction operational activities.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Inglis was a Vice President of Operations for Del Webb’s Sun City and Anthem Master-Planned Communities, a National Vice President of Operations for Shea Homes Trilogy and a Division President and Senior Vice President of Operations for GreenBrick Partners.

Mr. Inglis graduated with a Masters degree from the Northern Arizona University in Construction and Project Management.
