Blaine Kneeshaw serves as Vice President of Development for the New York region and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, due diligence, and disposition of assets.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Kneeshaw was a Development Manager with Crescent Communities in Denver, Colorado. Prior to his tenure at Crescent, Mr. Kneeshaw spent 6 years with Clarion Partners in New York where he was responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of multifamily properties in metro New York, Houston, and Jacksonville.

Mr. Kneeshaw received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from LaSalle University. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Vision Long Island.
