Brandon Finnie serves as Vice President of Development of Mill Creek Residential’s Arizona office. He is responsible for all aspects of the development process on select projects including economic analysis, land acquisitions, due diligence, design, entitlements, financing, project management, and dispositions.

Prior to joining Mill Creek Residential, Mr. Finnie was an Associate at Sunstone Properties Trust and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. At Sunstone he managed the acquisitions pipeline and economic research for a $350 million AUM private equity firm. While at Goldman he assisted in the asset management, analytics, economic research, and dispositions for a $1 billion portfolio of over 3,500 residential properties across the US.

Mr. Finnie earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business where he served as Co-President of the BYU Real Estate Club (BREC) and was named to the Marriott School of Business Dean’s List for two consecutive semesters. His education included coursework in finance, economics, and real estate. He also holds an associate’s degree from Brigham Young University – Hawaii and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
