Brandon Melton serves as Vice President of Construction for Single-Family Rentals in the Carolinas. Mr. Melton has worked in single-family homebuilding for 15 years, and began in the industry as an Assistant Construction Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Before joining Mill Creek, Mr. Melton was a Division Manager for Dream Finders Homes in Charlotte and a Director of Purchasing for H&H Homes for their Charlotte Division. Before settling into a career in homebuilding, Mr. Melton managed a location for a large automotive service center franchise.

Mr. Melton attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance.
