Bryan Downing serves as Vice President of Land Acquisition for the Arizona Division of Single-Family Rentals. Mr. Downing’s responsibilities include sourcing new development opportunities and overseeing the development process of new communities.

Prior to his role at Mill Creek, Mr. Downing served as a Land Acquisition/Development manager for Century Communities and Brightland Homes, where he covered the Phoenix metro market. He was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, entitlements, and horizontal development.

Mr. Downing received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University.
