Bryan Nord serves as the Vice President of Development in San Diego, overseeing all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, and disposition for Mill Creek’s San Diego communities. Since 2013, Mr. Nord has served as a civil engineering consultant specializing in diverse developments across California and the Southwest. His extensive experience includes fostering strong partnerships and delivering innovative solutions in a competitive market.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Nord was an Associate at Kimley-Horn in San Diego, California. At Kimley-Horn, he managed industrial, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, and specialized in navigating complex entitlements.

Mr. Nord holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and a Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of California. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.
