Chad DuBeau is a founding partner of Mill Creek and serves as Chief Investment Officer, overseeing multifamily investment and acquisition strategy. In his current role, he oversees executive managing directors of multifamily development and acquisitions and supports the company’s strategic expansion across targeted markets nationwide. Mr. DuBeau is also a member of the Management and Investment Committee.

Prior to his role as Chief Investment Officer, Mr. DuBeau served as Executive Managing Director, overseeing Mill Creek’s development efforts in Arizona and the East Coast regions and previously the Southwest regions, including Southern California and Colorado.

Prior to his role as Executive Managing Director, Mr. DuBeau served as Senior Managing Director of the company’s development efforts in Georgia, Tennessee and the North Florida region, where he was responsible for pursuing new development opportunities, product design, and the pursuit of entitlements to meet all local jurisdictional requirements.

Previously, Mr. DuBeau was Managing Director in Mill Creek’s Mid-Atlantic region, where he notably had oversight of the 628-home apartment community, Modera Avenir Place, at the Dunn Loring Metro Station in Merrifield, Virginia. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. DuBeau was a Managing Director with Trammell Crow Residential (TCR).

Before assuming his role at TCR, Mr. DuBeau was a Regional Operations Manager with the Bozzuto Group, a role in which he was active throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with a concentration on the Washington, D.C., and Baltimore markets. At Bozzuto, he was responsible for all phases of development for multiple product categories, including multifamily homes, townhomes, single-family homes, and land development projects. Prior to Bozzuto, he worked as a Project Manager for Milestone Communities and as a Project Engineer for VIKA, Inc., as a civil engineer.

Mr. DuBeau obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University.
