Chad Price serves as Vice President of Development for Mill Creek’s Mid-Atlantic region. He is responsible for all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, financial analysis, design coordination, and project delivery of Mill Creek communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Mr. Price joined Mill Creek as a Development Associate in 2022. Prior to joining Mill Creek, he served as a Real Estate Analyst at Fundrise, a D.C.-based multifamily crowdfunding investment firm, where he assisted with the acquisition and financing of over $150 million in real estate assets. Chad has experience in project management in both commercial and residential sectors.

Mr. Price earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Howard University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. He is also an active member of the DC Real Estate Group, Federal City Council (Emerging Leaders Program), and DCBIA (District of Columbia Building Industry Association).
