Chris Bove serves as Vice President of Portfolio Management for Mill Creek Residential. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of select separate managed accounts and commingled fund portfolios. In this capacity, Mr. Bove is engaged with various internal and external parties to execute strategy and maximize portfolio performance. He acts as a key intermediary with investors, and is directly involved with project and portfolio underwriting and analysis, strategic decision making, market research, and internal and external reporting.

Mr. Bove has significant institutional real estate experience, with a focus on real estate equity investments. Prior to Mill Creek, he spent 7 years in various capacities within the institutional real estate space. Most recently, he was a Senior Investment Associate at Broadview Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment management company focused on investing in and supporting the growth of small and mid-sized real estate operators and developers. Prior to that role, Mr. Bove spent several years at Barings where he supported the U.S. Real Estate Equity team’s investment efforts, with a particular focus on acquisition and development opportunities in multifamily, industrial, and office properties. There, he also provided key analytical support to senior leadership in managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of real estate equity investments spanning all major U.S. markets and property types.

Mr. Bove received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and his Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
