Chris Holliday serves as Vice President of Development for Mill Creek’s New Jersey region, overseeing all facets of the development process. His responsibilities span from site acquisition and entitlements to design, permitting, construction, and the stabilization of Mill Creek communities.

Before joining Mill Creek, Mr. Holliday served as a Development Associate at iStar, Inc. for seven years, where he played a pivotal role in advancing residential and commercial projects in Asbury Park, New Jersey. His contributions included securing entitlements, managing design processes, and overseeing construction. During his tenure, he was instrumental in delivering over 400 residential homes, 164 hotel keys, and more than 50,000 square feet of retail space. Additionally, he contributed to over $400 million in construction and public infrastructure initiatives.

Mr. Holliday holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Leon Hess Business School at Monmouth University.
