Chris Williams serves as Vice President of Property Management at Mill Creek Residential, overseeing operational strategies across key markets in Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. Since joining Mill Creek in 2014, Mr. Williams has held progressive roles, most recently serving as Area Vice President for the Southeast region, including Georgia, North Carolina, and Nashville.

His extensive expertise includes guiding new lease-ups from predevelopment analysis to stabilization and eventual disposition, steering mixed-use residential and retail communities, managing value-add acquisitions, and spearheading multimillion-dollar capital renovation endeavors. Prior to his tenure at Mill Creek, Mr. Williams accrued valuable experience at Greystar and Camden Property Trust, where he held various positions spanning locations nationwide.

Mr. Williams earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University, underscoring his comprehensive understanding of strategic business principles.
