Emily Welch serves as Vice President of Asset Management, overseeing the Washington, Oregon, and Northern California regions. Mrs. Welch manages a blended portfolio of new development and value-add rental assets across her respective regions. Her primary responsibility is to maximize community performance and drive investment value by working with the development, acquisition, and property management divisions to implement and execute asset strategies.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mrs. Welch served as an Asset Manager with Trinity Real Estate, where she was responsible for the financial performance of 11 multifamily communities and 4 mixed-use projects, totaling over 450,000+ sq ft throughout Washington state. She also served as Development Manager with Avenue 55, overseeing industrial developments in the Pacific Northwest. Mrs. Welch holds a Bachelor of Administration in Accounting from Washington State University.
