Emre Ozcan serves as Vice President of Construction for the Mid-Atlantic region overseeing in-house and third-party construction and pre-construction services. Mr. Ozcan brings over 25 years of diverse experience across multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use construction sectors.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Ozcan held executive positions with Linbeck Group LLC, J.E. Dunn Construction Group, Gilbane Building Company, and Plaza Construction in Mid-Atlantic, Texas, and New England markets.

Mr. Ozcan has proven leadership skills and astute business acumen, managing construction business units and executing complex construction projects from entitlement through construction. He is one of the early adaptors and advocates for Design-Build delivery model and Lean Construction.

Mr. Ozcan holds Master of Business Administration from Boston College, Master of Science in Construction Management, and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
