Frank Navia serves as Regional Vice President of Construction in Florida. Mr. Navia has more than thirty years of construction-related experience and a diverse construction background which has afforded him the experience and ability to manage a wide variety of projects and associated team.

Mr. Navia has been involved in building some of South Florida’s Landmarks, such as Fisher Island Oceanside Condos, Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and the Dolphin Stadium Expansion. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Navia was with Stiles Construction for seventeen years. At Stiles, Mr. Navia worked as a Project Manager and Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, he was responsible for projects from business development, design/pre-construction, as well as construction and warranty periods.

Mr. Navia holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University. In addition, Mr. Navia holds a Master of Business Administration Degree, specializing in Real Estate Development and Construction Management from Nova Southeastern University and is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor.
