Jack Dellecker serves as Managing Director of Development in Atlanta, Georgia. His responsibilities include assisting in all facets of the development process, including new development pursuits, securing entitlements, design, financing, and dispositions. Since 2014, Mr. Dellecker has been involved in the development of over 2,300 multifamily homes across high-rise, mid-rise and garden-style developments and approximately 400,000 square feet of office and retail throughout the Southeast, totaling approximately $1 billion in project capitalizations.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Dellecker served as Vice President of Development for Flournoy Development Group, leading the Atlanta market development pursuits. In addition to his time at Flournoy, Mr. Dellecker spent more than 10 years with Carter, focusing on infill development and public-private partnerships. Mr. Dellecker also worked for Granite Properties during his time in business school, assisting with office acquisitions and market research.

Mr. Dellecker holds a Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with an emphasis on real estate and private equity. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida.
