Jason Vickers serves as Vice President of Land Acquisition of Single-Family Rentals for the Raleigh, North Carolina region. His responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, entitlements, and all other pre-development activities.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Vickers was Vice President of Land Acquisition for Beazer Homes, where he oversaw for-sale land acquisitions and contributed to the land team’s planning and entitlement efforts. During this time, he and his team secured and entitled multiple projects in several of Raleigh’s most desirable markets. Most notably, his team successfully entitled and acquired Friendship Station, a nineteen-parcel assemblage in Apex, North Carolina.

Before his role at Beazer, Jason served in multiple land acquisition and consulting roles resulting in the acquisition and development of dozens of for-sale, single-family residential communities across the Raleigh-Durham MSA.

Mr. Vickers graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
