Jeff LaRosa serves as the Vice President of Construction for the San Diego, California region, bringing over 30 years of diverse construction experience.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. LaRosa was Director of Construction for Camden Property Trust, where he gained experience leading all new multifamily and mixed-use development throughout the Southern California region, including mixed-use podium, high-rise and four-story walkup projects.

Mr. LaRosa has worked in several leadership positions across California, with roles at Makar Properties as Vice President of Development and Construction and Hensel Phelps Construction Co. as Project Manager and Superintendent where he gained experience working on a diverse range of projects, including commercial, medical, multifamily residential, high-rise, and resort hotel and airport construction.

Mr. LaRosa received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management from California State University at Long Beach.
