Vice President of Construction
Jeff Schnurr serves as Vice President of Construction for the Northern California Division. Mr. Schnurr has more than 30 years of residential construction management experience on various product and project types including master-planned, mixed-use, multifamily, affordable family and senior housing.
Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Schnurr assumed construction and operational responsibilities in a variety of executive positions for both private and public real estate building and development companies in California. He has worked on projects totaling more than 10,000 homes valued in excess of one billion dollars. Additionally, Mr. Schnurr served as Commissioner on the California Building Standards Commission, after being appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger, in 2011.
Mr. Schnurr holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston with Highest Honors. He is a State of California Licensed General Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker. Additionally, he maintains a LEED AP for Homes credential with the United States Green Building Council.
