Jennifer Kosiak serves as Vice President of Property Management, and is responsible for community operations throughout Mill Creek Residential’s Mid-Atlantic, Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, and Boston markets. Ms. Kosiak joined Mill Creek in 2013, serving most recently as Area Vice President in the Mid-Atlantic, including Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC.

Ms. Kosiak’s experience includes new lease-ups from predevelopment underwriting through stabilization and disposition, mixed-use residential and retail communities, value-add acquisitions, and multi-million dollar capital renovation projects. Prior to Mill Creek, Ms. Kosiak spent five years with Archstone Communities across Maryland and Virginia and seven years in luxury hotel management with Hyatt Hotels.

Ms. Kosiak holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University.
