Jodi Hunter serves as the Vice President of Construction for the South Florida market at Mill Creek. She brings over 20 years of experience in construction management across a range of residential project types, including both single-family and multi-family communities throughout Florida.

Since joining Mill Creek in 2011, Mrs. Hunter has participated in several Subject Matter Expert Committees to help refine national procedures and processes across the organization. Her extensive construction background includes work on student housing, single-family homes, garden-style apartments, mid-rise and podium buildings, high-rise developments, and retail spaces.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mrs. Hunter spent five years managing multifamily and student housing projects across Florida with third-party general contractors. She then spent an additional five years executing single-family residential communities for a dedicated single-family developer.

Mrs. Hunter holds a State of Florida General Contractor license.
