John Filipowicz serves as Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance. His focus is on managing the corporate, construction and operation’s insurance and compliance programs in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Mr. Filipowicz brings more than 30 years of risk management, compliance, legal, real estate, operations and executive management experience to Mill Creek.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Filipowicz held executive positions with public companies including General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer and President of a telecommunications company.

Mr. Filipowicz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from St. Lawrence University and a Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan Law School. John is a licensed attorney in New York and Pennsylvania.
