John Grimaldi

John Grimaldi serves as Vice President of Development in the South Florida Region. Mr. Grimaldi is responsible for implementing all phases of the multifamily development process.  Mr. Grimaldi has more than 20 years of experience in multifamily development and construction throughout Florida.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Grimaldi was similarly responsible for a wide range of development and construction activities, including acquisition, entitlement, and development of both for rent and sale multifamily products. He has experience in managing design teams from conceptual planning through project completion, preparing and managing budgets, scheduling, soliciting bids and awarding contracts, as well as managing day-to-day development and construction progress.

Mr. Grimaldi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University.
