Jon Molnoskey serves as Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Mill Creek Residential. He is responsible for Mill Creek’s portfolio management platform, overseeing the management of its separate managed accounts (SMAs) and commingled funds. His additional responsibilities include serving on the ESG Committee, investor relations, evaluating and overseeing development opportunities, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing strategies within the SMAs and funds.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Molnoskey was a Vice President of Portfolio Management for L&B Realty Advisors. During his 12-year tenure with L&B, he managed SMAs and commingled funds on behalf of pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and other institutional investors, which included diversified asset classes and risk profiles. Before joining L&B, he worked in commercial and multifamily debt originations at BMC Capital, Capmark Finance/GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and CMBS servicing for ORIX Capital Markets.

Mr. Molnoskey holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Business Administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin. He is active in NMHC, serves as a Board Member for My Possibilities – Residential Board, and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
