Jon Molnoskey serves as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management for Mill Creek Residential’s separate managed accounts and fund portfolios. Mr. Molnoskey is responsible for Mill Creek’s portfolio management platform and the implementation of opportunistic and value-add strategies to maximize investor performance.  Additional responsibilities include investor relations, evaluating and overseeing development opportunities, acquisitions, dispositions and financing strategies within the separate managed accounts and funds.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Molnoskey was a Vice President of Portfolio Management for L&B Realty Advisors.  During his 12-year tenure with L&B, Mr. Molnoskey managed real estate separate accounts and commingled funds exceeding $3.5 billion on behalf of pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and other institutional investors.  Prior to joining L&B, he worked in commercial and multifamily debt originations at BMC Capital, Capmark Finance/GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and in CMBS monitoring for ORIX Capital Markets.

Mr. Molnoskey holds a Master of Science – Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science – Business Administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin. He is a Board Member for Easter Seals North Texas, a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).
