Joyce Lim-Westenburg serves as Vice President of Capital Markets and Finance. Ms. Lim-Westenburg is responsible for sourcing and managing capital for Mill Creek’s Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Southeast regions.

Ms. Lim-Westenburg joined Mill Creek in May 2023. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Ms. Lim-Westenburg served as a Vice President at HSBC Bank USA. There, she managed commercial real estate banking relationships and originated construction, bridge, and permanent financing across the country for all asset types. In addition, Ms. Lim-Westenburg managed her own portfolio of real estate loans throughout their life cycle. Before joining HSBC, Ms. Lim-Westenburg held roles at Bank of China and MUFG Bank in the United States. Ms. Lim-Westenburg began her career at CREED Corporation, a boutique real estate investment firm in Tokyo.

Born and raised in Malaysia, Ms. Lim-Westenburg received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Tokyo and a dual Masters and MBA in International Management from the Institut d’Administration des Enterprises de Paris Sorbonne Business School and the Paris-Dauphine University.
