Vice President - National Training
Julie Reed is Vice President of National Training for Mill Creek Residential. In this role, Ms. Reed is responsible for the organization’s national training curriculum, associate career path development, the Mill Creek customer experience, and Learning Management Systems. Prior to serving as Vice President of National Training, Ms. Reed served as Vice President of Learning and Development for the Property Operations division of the organization. In that role, Ms. Reed was responsible for the day to day operations of the software and sales training in addition to overseeing internal audit. Ms. Reed is well versed in organizational change management, classroom facilitation, and adult learning techniques.
Prior to joining Mill Creek in 2016, she served as Vice President of Learning and Development for Waterton in Chicago, IL. Ms. Reed began her career in the multifamily industry with Archstone working in a variety of roles including acquisitions, property operations, marketing, and lastly as Vice President, National Training.
Ms. Reed is a member of the National Apartment Association having served on the NAAIE Curriculum Development committee, the Lease Advisory committee, and the 2017 and 2018 NAA Education Conference Education Advisory Boards. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business.
