Justin Houston serves as Vice President of Development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Houston’s responsibilities include overseeing the development process including entitlements, design, and sourcing new development opportunities in the Carolinas. Since 2005, Mr. Houston has worked as a civil engineering consultant for a wide range of developments in the Carolinas and across the southeast. Mr. Houston has developed relationships across the region by building trust with partners and by developing creative solutions in a fast-growing market. He values communication with his team and is a promoter of quality.

Before joining Mill Creek, Mr. Houston was an Associate at Kimley-Horn in Charlotte, North Carolina. During his time at Kimley-Horn, he was a project manager on various office, residential, and mixed-use developments including The Line, a large office tower development in SouthEnd, and Park Center, State Farm’s Southeastern Headquarters in Atlanta.

Mr. Houston graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in North and South Carolina.
