Katie Kantrales is the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Mill Creek. In this role, Ms. Kantrales oversees the strategy, development, and implementation of Mill Creek’s marketing and branding efforts, including community-specific brands, public relations, corporate communication, community onboarding, and event planning.
Ms. Kantrales leads the Corporate Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Community Onboarding teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and works closely with Mill Creek’s internal departments to support corporate marketing needs and enhance Mill Creek’s four community brands: Amavi, Alister, Beckett, and Modera. She is also responsible for managing key initiatives, such as the internal portal, the MillCreekPlaces.com website, and public relations efforts, while fostering collaboration across teams and implementing change management practices.
With a focus on leveraging best practices and emerging technologies in marketing and branding, she ensures that Mill Creek’s corporate and community brands remain innovative and impactful.
Ms. Kantrales earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of West Florida and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University.
