Kel Frazier serves as President of Acquisitions for Mill Creek Residential, and oversees all acquisition activity in our target markets, including sourcing, underwriting, and closing transactions.

Before joining Mill Creek, Mr. Frazier served as Senior Vice President of Investments with Berkshire Residential Investments, responsible for the company’s east region investment activity and capital deployment. During his 11-year tenure at Berkshire, he was involved in direct investment of over 28,000 apartment homes with a $7 billion capitalization.

Mr. Frazier holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Boston University Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from Ohio State University.
