Kellie Hughes is a partner and serves as Executive Vice President of Operations for Mill Creek Residential. In this role, Ms. Hughes is responsible for the development and implementation of Mill Creek’s marketing, branding, communications, customer experience strategy, and public relations efforts. She is also responsible for overseeing national training, the property management learning and development platform, software support, community transitions, innovation and internal compliance. She brings more than 35 years of combined experience in marketing, training, multifamily development, and property operations to Mill Creek.

Prior to joining Mill Creek in 2014, Ms. Hughes served as Vice President and Director of Operations for JIK Properties, Inc. During her tenure with JIK, she led the property management organization, developed and executed asset life-cycle strategies, and oversaw the multifamily development process. Prior to working with JIK, Ms. Hughes served as a Vice President of Operations for Alliance Residential and Vice President of Marketing, Training and National Ancillary Services for Archstone.

Ms. Hughes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California.
