Kelly German serves as Vice President of Capital Markets & Finance for Mill Creek Residential. In that role she is responsible for overseeing financial modeling for asset-level financings and sales. She also assists in equity and loan closings and hedging activities for Mill Creek’s floating rate loans.

Ms. German joined Mill Creek at its inception in August 2010. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Ms. German served in a similar capacity for the East region of Trammell Crow Residential. During her 20-year tenure with Trammell Crow, Ms. German held positions in both finance and accounting.

Ms. German is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and resides in South Florida.
