Kelly Vickers serves as Vice President of ESG at Mill Creek Residential, where she leads the company’s overall ESG strategy — developing, implementing, and managing programs, policies, reporting, and disclosures that embed sustainability, climate resilience, and social impact into the fabric of the organization.
With more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry, Ms. Vickers is a recognized leader in purpose-led transformation, known for building ESG, sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility programs from the ground up and translating them into measurable business value.
Prior to joining Mill Creek, Ms. Vickers served as an ESG consultant to multifamily housing developers and management companies, helping them design and execute tailored ESG strategies. Before that, she held senior leadership roles at two of the industry’s most prominent firms as Senior Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Greystar, and Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and National Director of Sustainability at Alliance Residential Company. In these roles, she oversaw all dimensions of corporate responsibility and sustainability, including annual reporting, regulatory compliance, communications, inclusion and belonging, charitable giving, and other philanthropic initiatives.

A frequent industry speaker, Ms. Vickers holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Enterprise, both earned with honors from Dominican University of California. She is a LEED Green Associate and Fitwel Ambassador.
