Ken Frank serves as Regional Vice President of Construction in the Arizona region, overseeing in-house and third-party construction and pre-construction services.

Mr. Frank joined Mill Creek in 2021 and brings over 30 years of diverse experience across multifamily, mixed-use, infrastructure, hospitality, and single-family rental construction sectors. He recently relocated back to Arizona after 7 years in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia market where he performed in a similar role.

Mr. Frank has proven leadership skills, building large construction and project management teams in diverse regions in short order, mentoring and developing people, as well as projects. He also has extensive experience over a wide geographic area including Arizona, the Mid-Atlantic, and Western Canada, managing complex projects from entitlement through construction, including the completion of a significant number of class A projects.

Mr. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree.
