Leo Navejas serves as Vice President of Human Resources (HR) and oversees the overall HR process, including associate on and off-boarding, payroll, benefits, and associate relations. Mr. Navejas joined Mill Creek Residential in 2016, served as Director of Payroll before being promoted to Vice President of HR in 2024, and currently serves on the DEI committee.

Prior to joining Mill Creek Residential, Mr. Navejas served as a consultant for Borden Dairy, completing the management of a seven-month project to upgrade and implement a national time, attendance, and time clock system for all Borden Dairy offices and plants across the U.S. Prior to joining Borden Dairy, Mr. Navejas served as Payroll Manager of U.S. operations at GardaWorld Cash, overseeing payroll tax filing compliance and end-to-end payroll processing for over 6,000 hourly and salaried workers across most U.S. states. Over a nearly 19-year career at GardaWorld Cash through 2015, Mr. Navejas served in various HR positions and capacities, including project management of HR system upgrades and implementations and HR conversion lead for mergers & acquisitions throughout the U.S.
