Mark Barberich serves as the National Practice Leader for Mill Creek’s Constructions Multifamily Operation. Mr. Barberich previously served as Regional Vice President of Construction in the Mid-Atlantic Region, which included Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.  He has nearly 40 years of residential construction management experience on various project types and, since joining Mill Creek, has managed over $828 million in new construction, equating to over 3,600 new homes.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Barberich assumed construction and operational responsibilities in a variety of executive positions for both private and public real estate development groups in the Washington D.C. Metro Area. He has significant for-sale and rental housing experience and oversaw the construction of thousands of single-family, townhomes and numerous multifamily projects in the Washington D.C. Metro Area. His responsibilities included design development, budgeting, bidding, contracting, scheduling, and management of construction activities.

Mr. Barberich holds a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from St. Vincent College. He has served on multiple committees for the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association, Frederick Community College Curriculum Advisory Board, and Christmas in April.
