Mark Griffin serves as Vice President of Construction in Seattle and has been with Mill Creek since 2014. Mr. Griffin has twenty years of construction management experience on various project types, and since joining Mill Creek, he has managed approximately $240 million in new construction and helped construct over 1,100 new apartment homes.

In the decade prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Griffin managed approximately $120 million with over 700 new apartment and low income homes for two local general contracting firms. Duties included pre-construction, setting and negotiating gross maximum price contracts, bidding, contracting, directing sustainability improvements, and day to day management project staff and direct labor self-perform construction activities. Mr. Griffin’s experience also includes over 1.5 million square feet of new and remodeled retail as an estimator for Swinerton Builders.

Mr. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, as well as Certificates in Construction Management and Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
