Michael Melaugh, a Mill Creek founding partner, serves as the Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets & Finance for Mill Creek Residential, with overall responsibility for obtaining and structuring all equity joint venture financing throughout the United States. Mr. Melaugh is also a member of the Mill Creek Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Melaugh served as the Executive Managing Director of National Capital Markets for Trammell Crow Residential and held that position since 1994. In previous positions, he was Chief Operating Officer of Elders American Realty Capital in New York, a private equity investment group. Prior to that experience, he was President of Eastdil Equities Inc. in New York, a private Broker / Dealer of Real Estate Equities.

Mr. Melaugh is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. After serving three years as a Naval Officer, he received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Columbia University Graduate Business School in New York City.
