Michael Roessler serves as Vice President of Construction for Mill Creek Residential’s Single-Family Rental platform in Colorado. With more than 15 years of experience in residential construction and development, Mr. Roessler has led the planning and execution of large-scale communities across Colorado’s Front Range.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Roessler played a key role in launching and expanding the Build-to-Rent platform for D.R. Horton’s Colorado division, overseeing six communities totaling more than 700 homes through various stages of pre-development, construction, lease-up, and disposition. Earlier in his career, he managed construction operations for Oakwood Homes and Pratt Homebuilders, gaining expertise in production homebuilding, purchasing, development, and project management.

Mr. Roessler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance with a minor in International Business from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He also holds the NAHB Certified Graduate Master Builder designation and maintains general contractor licenses across multiple municipalities along Colorado’s Front Range.
