Neil Eastwood serves as Vice President of Development in Mill Creek’s North Texas office, where he oversees all aspects of the development process, from site acquisition and entitlements through design, construction, and stabilization of communities. In this role, he works closely with internal teams and external partners to thoughtfully guide communities from LOI through delivery, with a consistent focus on quality, alignment, and long-term value creation. Over the course of his career, Mr. Eastwood has been directly involved in developments representing more than $750 million in aggregate construction value across North Texas.

Mr. Eastwood is motivated by a deep sense of responsibility to create places that people are proud to call home. He approaches each project with a collaborative mindset, bringing together diverse perspectives to deliver communities that are both highly functional and authentically connected to their surroundings. His background in construction and civil engineering informs a practical, detail-oriented approach and a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, execution, and the teams that bring each vision to life. Mr. Eastwood has personally contributed to the following developments: Alta Mercer Crossing, Alta Trinity Green, Alta Midtown Park, Modera Trinity, Modera St. Paul, Modera Trailhead, Modera Walsh, Modera McKinney Ridge, Modera Walsh Heights and Modera Ridgeline.

Mr. Eastwood holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He remains actively involved with both institutions and is an engaged member of The Real Estate Council (TREC).
