Nelson Maldonado serves as Vice President of Maintenance for Mill Creek Residential. Mr. Maldonado has worked in the multifamily industry for over 25 years and has held various roles within the maintenance and capital improvement departments. Mr. Maldonado is responsible for developing and implementing maintenance and asset preservation strategies that maximize the value of our multifamily and single-family communities.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Maldonado most recently served as a Senior Director of Construction with Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing capital improvement projects along the Eastern Coast. Mr. Maldonado also served as the Regional Service Manager, overseeing the East Region with Mill Creek, and supported over 10,000 homes across 31 communities.

Mr. Maldonado holds a Universal EPA 608 Certification, Certified Pool Operators Certification, and is a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician.
