Pam Golden serves as Vice President of Tax for Mill Creek Residential. She is responsible for overseeing all income tax functions for the organization, including tax compliance, due diligence, and tax-related structuring.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Ms. Golden served as the VP of Tax for Spirit Realty Capital in Dallas, where she managed all tax functions for an SEC-regulated public REIT operating in 49 states and USVI prior to its merger with Realty Income Corporation. While at Spirit Realty, Ms. Golden collaborated extensively with the deal team on complex tax-related structuring for the spin-off and ultimate liquidation of Spirit MTA REIT, an SEC-regulated public REIT.

Prior to joining Spirit, Ms. Golden was VP of Tax at Ashford Hospitality and Goldman Sachs in Dallas. She started her career with EY in Dallas, focusing on the real estate industry.

Ms. Golden holds a Bachelor’s and Master of Science in Accounting degree from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
