Patrick McCormick serves as Vice President of Retail Asset Management for Mill Creek and is responsible for the management, development, and leasing of the retail components of our multifamily communities.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. McCormick served as an Acquisitions Associate for Federal Realty Investment Trust where he managed all areas of acquisitions underwriting, valuation, due diligence, and closing for all new investments. During his time at Federal, he was involved in the acquisition and disposition of more than $750 million dollars’ worth of large neighborhood, community, power, and lifestyle shopping centers.

Mr. McCormick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
