Raymond (Ray) Day III joined Mill Creek in 2012 bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. During his tenure time, Mr. Day has been involved in the successful award and construction of more than 7,900 multifamily homes throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Day serves as Vice President of Pre-construction for the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Day was Director of Estimating for Bozzuto Construction where he trained and managed a group of highly qualified entry-level estimators and project engineers. Prior to Bozzuto, Mr. Day was a Senior Estimator for Morgan-Keller, Inc. where he worked on private and public projects ranging from industrial warehouses to senior living facilities.

Mr. Day is proud to have served our country as a member of the U.S. Navy and was Honorably Discharged after 4+ years of service. After his service, Mr. Day attended and graduated with Cum Laude honors from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
