Ryan Corcoran serves as Vice President of Development for Mill Creek’s Los Angeles office and is responsible for all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, financial analysis, design coordination, and project delivery of Mill Creek communities throughout Southern California.

During his career, Mr. Corcoran has contributed to the execution of more than 3,000 multifamily units and over 1 million square feet of office and retail projects across Southern California. Prior to joining Mill Creek, he served as Associate Vice President at CIM Group, managing mixed-use, multifamily, retail, and office developments. Mr.Corcoran also held development roles with Serrano Development Group and Fore Property Company, where he was actively involved in underwriting, entitlements, design coordination, and construction execution for multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Mr. Corcoran earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
