Ryan Kahn

Ryan Kahn serves as Vice President of Land Acquisition for the Florida Division of Single-Family Rentals.

Proir to his role at Mill Creek, Mr. Kahn served as Land Manager at NVR/Ryan Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, covering the central Florida metropolitan area. He was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, entitlements, and all other pre-development activities.

Before his role at NVR/Ryan Homes, Mr. Kahn served as Land Acquisition Manager for D.R. Horton in Orlando. Before D.R. Horton, he was a Land Development Project Manager at Hanover Land Company, a full-service residential development firm based in Orlando. There, he managed all phases of land development, including entitlements, permitting, and construction.

Mr. Kahn holds active credentials as a Professional Engineer and real estate broker. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Master of Business Administration.
