Shawn Regan serves as Vice President of Construction, with overall responsibility for construction in Mill Creek’s North Texas Division. During his tenure with Mill Creek, Mr. Regan has proven his abilities and been promoted from Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager to his current role that he serves in today leading construction efforts. In his role, Mr. Regan is responsible for overseeing his region’s multifamily construction program to completion, coordinating office and field personnel, along with supporting pre-construction activities.

Before joining Mill Creek in 2012, Mr. Regan spent six years with McGuyer Home Builders as a Construction Manager. Prior to McGuyer Home Builders, Mr. Regan was an Associate Architect with Carter & Burgess and NCA Architecture.

Mr. Regan received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from The University of Texas-Arlington.
