Steven Roth serves as Vice President of Construction in the North Florida region. Mr. Roth brings more than 30 years of construction experience to the North Florida market. His site field management has given him the experience to manage multiple construction projects, and also includes preconstruction, budgeting and cost projections, scheduling, and logistical planning. In addition, Mr. Roth also assists project managers with their negotiations of the subcontractors and purchase orders.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Roth began his career working on public projects with Dade County Public Schools, Dade County Aviation Department and higher education facilities at Nova University. Mr. Roth has also worked on various office, hotels, theaters, restaurant and retail projects. In the past 25 years, he has become specialized in high-rise multifamily projects, and has delivered over 6,000 apartment homes in his portfolio, which have ranged in value up to $260 million.

Mr. Roth holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida. He is also an active member of The Associated Builders and Contractors and Miami-Dade Council.
