Taryn Silva is the Vice President of Learning and Development for the Property Management Division. In her role, Ms. Silva sets the strategy for customer experience and oversees content creation and the implementation of operations, software, compliance, and sales training for the property management associates at Mill Creek. In addition, Ms. Silva oversees Mill Creek’s internal community audit team, community transitions team, and community software support team.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, she served as the Director of Marketing for Paradigm Management Company in Arlington, VA. Ms. Silva began her career in the multifamily industry in 2005, working in a variety of property operations, training, and marketing roles.

Ms. Silva graduated from the University of Indiana and holds training certificates in Organizational Learning and Development and is a Certified Training Professional from American Management Association.
