Todd Hagood serves as President of Construction for Mill Creek’s Texas region and is on the Audit and Administrative Committee. Mr. Hagood is based in our Houston, Texas office. His background includes over 25 years of diverse construction experience across the U.S., including multifamily and student housing, as well as numerous commercial product types such as hospitality, education, aviation, entertainment/convention, municipal, and medical projects consisting of a variety of construction types.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Hagood was President of Construction for Modern Constructors, an affiliate builder for Hines Interests, where he led the start-up of the organization and the successful execution of multifamily projects throughout Texas, Colorado, and Arizona.

Prior to his role with Modern Constructors, Mr. Hagood led development, design, and construction efforts on numerous student housing projects for American Campus Communities, serving as Vice President, and previously led project construction teams for General Contractors in Texas and California.

Mr. Hagood received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Texas A&M University and is a LEED® AP BD+C.
